El director del Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Guadalajara, ESteban Ruiz, detallaba los programas de investigación de la Unión Europea en los que participa España y que se desarrollan en Guadalajara, tanto en el área de biotecnología como en el área de espacio, como el Monitor de Neutrones de Castilla-La Mancha, o el proyecto Solar Orbiter que estudia las tormentas solares, el Radio Telescopio Solar dentro de la Red Científica Internacional e-Callisto.

El director General de Telecomunicaciones y Nuevas Tecnologías de la Junta de Comunidades, Daniel Martínez Batanero, ha participado en esta presentacón y ha destacado la importancia del sector espacial en Europa y en las líneas estratégicas definidas en Horizonte 2020 de la Unión Europea con las que se alinean las políticas de I+D+i de Castilla-La Mancha, dentro de las cuales se integran los proyectos que se desarrollan en nuestra provincia.

Daniel Meziat, Coordinador del Grupo de Investigación, ha sido el encargado de introducir a los asistentes en cada uno de los proyectos mostrados en la exposición: CaLMa (Monitor de Neutrones de Castilla-La Mancha, HUMSAT (Satélite Humanitario), Melibea-RTS (Red Internacional e-CALLISTO) y el Instrumento EPD de la Misión Solar Orbiter (ESA/NASA).

Los paneles explicativos de cada uno de los proyectos van acompañados de unas herramientas innovadoras que permiten al público participar de forma interactiva, como la realidad aumentada que nos permite combinar el mundo real y el virtual, o la mesa central del sistema solar con un Sol retroiluminado, donde a través de cuatro pantallas digitales los usuarios tendrán a su disposición diferentes recursos sobre los proyectos de investigación y podrán acceder a vídeos documentales, imágenes y datos disponibles.

La Exposición estará disponible y abierta al público en la Semana de la Ciencia, que al igual que el año pasado, el Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Guadalajara celebrará la primera quincena del mes de noviembre, sumándose a este gran evento nacional de divulgación de la ciencia dando a conocer los proyectos de ciencia, tecnología e innovación que desarrollan en Guadalajara.
