La empresa española Soltel IT Solutions reforzará su apuesta internacional con la apertura de una delegación en Colombia en septiembre, la cual se convierte en la segunda sede en América Latina, después de México, según informó la compañía en un comunicado.
La firma, especializada en tecnología en las áreas de asistencia técnica, ingeniería de software, ingeniería de sistemas y hacking ético, contará con una plantilla de diez trabajadores en esta primera etapa en Colombia.
El director general, Julio Pérez, explicó en el mismo comunicado que la apuesta por Colombia se recoge en el plan de internacionalización, al igual que hace un par de años abrió una delegación en México.
También se mantienen acuerdos con Chile y Uruguay a través de la venta del programa de gestión de restaurantes y bares a destacadas cadenas del sector de la restauración.
Aunque el grupo empresarial exportará las principales líneas que viene desarrollando, una de las que más llamó la atención en América Latina es la de e-democracia, una plataforma desarrollada por Soltel para el Ayuntamiento de Sevilla (sur de España), que permite la participación de los ciudadanos en la vida pública.
La firma tecnológica nació en el 2002 y cuenta con más de 150 trabajadores repartidos en sus sedes España y México.
